يسعى اتحاد الصناعات الكويتية إلى تعزيز ونشر الثقافة الصناعية، واعتماد الوسائل الحديثة والأنشطة المشجعة لجذب انتباه أكبر عدد ممكن من المشاركين. ويتم ذلك من خلال توطيد وتعزيز «المفهوم الصناعي» لكي يصبح متعارف عليه بين المجتمع.

وسيتنافس المشاركون من جميع شرائح المجتمع، بما في ذلك العاملون في المصانع التي يتم من خلالها توجيه رسالة حول أهمية الرياضة ادارة على ضغوط العمل. سيستهدف هذا العمال على خطوط الإنتاج بشكل خاص، بهدف نشر إيجابية ورفع كفاءة الإنتاج والابتكار في العمل.

The Kuwait Industries Union strives to promote and spread the industrial culture, and to adopt modern means and incentive activities to attract the attention of as many participants as possible. This is done through consolidating and strengthening the ‘industrial concept’ in order to become popular and attractive among young people.

The participants will be competing from all parts of society, including workers in the factories through which the message about the importance of sports in the elimination of work pressures.  This will target workers on the production lines especially, and will then create positivity and raise the efficiency of production and innovation at work.
